Clicquot In The Snow returns to Four Seasons Hotel Denver on Saturday, March 23, 2024. The event entails a festive evening on the pool terrace from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Celebrate the beginning of spring while sipping on crisp Veuve Clicquot Champagne and savouring specialty cocktails handcrafted by master mixologists. Inspired by après ski cuisines from around the world, indulge in a variety of hors d‘oeuvres by the talented culinary team. Try recipes from the most famous ski towns in the world such as Belgian sugar waffles from Stowe, Vermont; fondue raclette from Zermatt, Switzerland; crab ramen from Niseko, Japan; cinnamon sugar zeppole cones with warm espresso ganache from Cortina, Italy; and inspired creations from Vail, Colorado, and Whistler, British Columbia. One of the most anticipated parties in the city, Clicquot In The Snow comes complete with après ski theme décor, as guests dance the evening away with DJ Khaleezi-V playing upbeat tunes throughout the event. Named one of the best Easter brunches in the city, the day comes complete with a benedict bar, Colorado carving station, fresh raw bar, griddle station, pastry workshop and a variety of house made desserts. Enjoy an upscale interactive experience with made-to-order eggs, pancakes, French toast, waffles, and selection of EDGE brunch classics. Marvel the Easter décor throughout the restaurant while families are encouraged to participate in a festive Easter egg hunt, taking place at 10:00 am, 12:00 noon, and 2:00 pm.
