Four Seasons Hotel Denver will host a seven-course dinner with sommelier-curated wine pairing featuring James Beard Award-winning Chefs Timothy Hontzas, Anthony Valinoti, John Currence, Vish Bhatt and Linda Hampsten, alongside EDGE Restaurant & Bar Executive Chef Josh Fryer and Pastry Chef Molly Coen. Begin the night with an elegant welcome reception complete with drinks and appetizers created by the chefs, before sitting down for the seven-course gastronomic experience.

This exclusive reception and dinner will take place at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at EDGE Restaurant. A night of unforgettable flavours and exquisite recipes awaits, as some of America’s top chefs share their latest creations and international flair with guests. Four Seasons Hotel Denver has announced a new partnership with the award-winning, innovative botanical elixir brand Three Spirit, offering a fresh take on Dry January. This collaboration will feature a range of non-alcoholic cocktails crafted by mixologists, winemakers and plant scientists, blending creativity and wellness to redefine the art of mindful drinking. Four Seasons Hotel Denver will transform the Corner Bar into Libations Lounge, serving wellness-inspired Three Spirit zero-proof cocktails in a hidden botanical lounge. This exclusive bar will feature a lush array of cascading vines, mystical accents and aura-inspired lighting.

The Three Spirit alcoholic alternatives are designed to pay homage to wines and spirits while still embracing novel flavours and ingredients. Their mission is to show the world their alcohol-free enjoyable and beneficial cocktails. After years spent in libraries, labs and fields, the Three Spirits craftsmen have created plant-based alternatives to alcohol that celebrate what you put into a drink, rather than what you take out. With this exclusive partnership, Three Spirit riffs on the golden age of hotel lobby bars to evoke alluring, refined traditions that set the mood and spark alignment with body and mind.
