The afternoon tea begins with freshly baked creations that embrace the warmth of winter spices. A Christmas Spiced Cake, delicately balanced with gingerbread spices and a subtle hint of candied ginger, fills the air with holiday aromas. An Almond Cacao Cookie adds a soft, buttery richness with roasted cacao nibs, enhanced by a smooth, dark caramel sauce and delicate caramelized cocoa for a delightful finish.

Moving to savoury selections, guests can delight in an Atlantic Lobster on toasted brioche, butter-poached and perfectly seasoned, garnished with Japanese mayonnaise, trout roe, and a touch of chives. The creamy decadence continues with a Duck Foie Gras Terrine, complemented by a hint of artichoke mousse and brioche bread. For a seasonal twist, a Corn-Fed Chicken Tartlet offers tender chicken layered with orange compote, sun-dried tomato, and caramelized orange rind, all nestled in a charcoal tuile for a delightful blend of textures.
