The Passion Fruit and Yuzu Éclair presents a delightful fusion of tangy passion fruit and refreshing yuzu, encased in a delicate pastry shell, promising an exotic burst of flavours with every bite. Chocolate enthusiasts will find their cravings satisfied with the 64% Chocolate and Tonka Bean Éclair. Featuring dark chocolate infused with subtle, aromatic notes of tonka bean, this éclair offers a rich and indulgent experience. Completing the trio is the Raspberry and Marshmallow Éclair, where luscious raspberry coulis meets fluffy marshmallow cream, all nestled within a light and airy pastry casing.
