Featuring a trio of gourmet flavours, it adds a touch of whimsy and elegance to the dining experience. Guests can savour the Nougat Glacé with Raspberry, featuring a creamy parfait infused with ginger and orange, complemented by crunchy pistachios and toasted almonds. For chocolate lovers, the 70% Chocolate, Caramel Ice Cream with Pecan delivers a luscious combination of deep chocolate richness and sweet, buttery caramel. The added crunch of cocoa nibs provides a delightful contrast, while the smooth vanilla chantilly adds creamy finish, enhancing the overall experience. Those seeking a refreshing treat will love the Exotic Coconut, featuring mango–passion fruit sorbet, coconut meringue, and a zing of lime zest, perfectly capturing the spirit of summer. Each of these delectable creations is available for AED 95.

Chef Nicolas’ latest creations include three new tempting desserts displayed in the beautiful vitrine that welcomes guests into the salon.
