• Naming Inspiration: Fort Lauderdale luminary Evelyn Fortune Lilly Bartlett (1887–1997) was known as the “the lady of Bonnet House,” a local landmark estate and gardens known for its historical significance and natural beauty.

• Experience: An inviting lobby lounge, Honey Fitz is an all-day café. Start the morning with gourmet coffee creations and pastries. Midday, choose from healthy bowls, salads and snacks, and sip on sustainable wines and grower champagne. Weekends are for Afternoon Tea. • Naming Inspiration: MAASS is named after Gustav Maass, the late local architect who was responsible for designs in the Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
