Upstairs at Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, Chef Brandon Salomon has prepared Eastern Mediterranean-inspired holiday specials for Christmas Eve, including spiced grape leaves, lamb meatballs, and a 14 ounce bone-in Kurobuta Pork Chop. Ease into Christmas Day with a celebratory feast. There will be chef stations, artisanal cheese and charcuterie displays, à la carte seasonal specials, a dessert trolley, and more.

Gather for the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah and celebrate the Festival of Lights with a menorah blessing and lighting ceremony, Hanukkah treats at sundown, and delicious á la carte specials in Evelyn’s such as potato latkes, truffled matzo ball soup, and spiced cranberry jelly donuts.

Countdown to midnight on December 31, 2024 with a spirited celebration, including a four-course dinner followed by a festive toast to midnight with live entertainment on the Evelyn’s Terrace before starting the new year with a delicious breakfast in Evelyn’s.
