His career spans globally recognized brands — including Ritz Carlton, W Hotels, Starwood, and now Four Seasons—where he has consistently delivered FORBES Five Star, AAA Five Diamond, and LQA excellence. Prior to joining Four Seasons in 2022, Norman led The Ritz Carlton Spa Fort Lauderdale for seven years, maintaining the property's FORBES Five Star rating, introducing ESPA programming, and guiding major renovations that elevated its market leadership. His earlier roles include General Manager of Bliss Spa at W South Beach and Spa Director at The Atlantic Spa, where he secured the property's first Five Star and Five Diamond accolades.

At Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, Norman directs a multi faceted operation encompassing treatment rooms, salon services, retail, fitness, and Medi Spa technology. His initiatives include curating innovative service menus, launching revenue generating retail programs, and designing experiences that support guests' personal wellness goals. Under his leadership, the spa achieved its first FORBES Five Star recognition, marking a milestone in the property's evolution.

A native of Bogotá, Colombia, Norman holds a BA in Advertising & Graphic Design and certifications in Massage Therapy, Wellness Coaching, Personal Training, Sound Healing, and Nutrition Coaching. He is fluent in Spanish and brings a multicultural, intuitive perspective to hospitality. Outside of work, he enjoys ballroom dancing, figure skating, and reconnecting with nature — pursuits that inspire the balance and clarity he brings to his role each day.
