With more than two decades of experience in naturopathy and yoga, Sudha Nair brings a wealth of knowledge to the Resort’s offerings. Rooted in the curative potential of nature, her approach is centred around a simple, mindful way of life. She strongly believes in the importance of building small, consistent habits such as staying hydrated, spending time outdoors and choosing stairs over elevators to promote better health.
