Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong proudly retains its eight Michelin stars as revealed in the latest Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025 on March 13, 2025. In this 17th edition of the Guide for the region, Caprice continues to excel, earning three Michelin stars for the seventh consecutive year. Lung King Heen has also been honoured with two Michelin stars, while NOI retains its two-star status. Additionally, Sushi Saito maintains its one Michelin star.
