Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong continues to be the stellar culinary destination as revealed in the latest Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau on March 19, 2026.

Further elevating the celebration, Floriane Hureau, Senior Sommelier at Caprice, has been awarded the 2026 Michelin Sommelier Award, recognizing her exceptional expertise in crafting precise and harmonious wine pairings.

This distinguished accolade complements Caprice’s three Michelin stars and highlights the strength of its world-class beverage program, which features more than 1,200 labels from France and across the globe. With experience shaped by Michelin-starred dining rooms and international luxury hospitality, Floriane brings refined precision and genuine warmth to every guest interaction. Working closely with Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot and Director of Caprice Victor Petiot, she curates thoughtful pairings that create a seamless dialogue between cuisine and terroir.

A Star-Studded Stay Experience

To mark this special occasion, guests are invited to experience the Experience More-Spending Credit room package (starting from HKD 5,000++*) , which offers an elevated stay experience with world-class dining at your doorstep.

With a minimum two-night stay, guests will receive a USD 100 spending credit for guest room bookings and USD 150 for suite stays. This credit can be enjoyed across the Hotel’s acclaimed restaurants, from an elegant dim sum lunch at Lung King Heen to a romantic dinner at Caprice.
