World-Famous Emeril’s to Pop-Up at Four Seasons Hotel Houston
Chef Patron E.J. Lagasse to present tasting menu in exclusive engagement
The world-famous Emeril’s restaurant of New Orleans will pop-up at Four Seasons Hotel Houston April 14 and 15, 2024 in an exclusive engagement featuring Chef Patron E.J. Lagasse and his team.
With limited seatings between 7:00 and 8:30 pm each night, this extraordinary culinary experience will feature a five-course menu inspired by the restaurant’s acclaimed Classic Tasting menu. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with signature elements of New Orleans, including live jazz music and a Brandy Crusta, as imagined by Bandista, the Hotel’s speakeasy bar and lounge, which is especially open these evenings for guests of these dinners.

Dinner courses to include:
- Canapé Course
- Smoked Salmon Cheesecake with Emeril’s Reserve Caviar
- Oyster Stew with Foie Gras, Honshimeji Mushroom and Herbsaint Cream
- Potato Alexa with Truffle and Parmesan Mornay
- Wagyu and Daube Glacé with Baby Lettuces and Beef Jus
- Banana Cream Pie
Reservations with per person pricing of USD 195, a suggested wine pairing for USD 130, and a prestige wine pairing for USD 315. A portion of proceeds will benefit Camp H-Town, the urban camp experience for children touched by cancer.
