Four Seasons Hotel Houston, named among the Best Hotels in the United States by U.S. News & World Report, welcomes the fall season with an impressive lineup of experiences and offerings for guests and locals to enjoy.

- September 1 - October 31 – Fall Flavours: Bayou & Bean welcomes the season with a seasonal menu of specialty coffees, including the Pumpkin Spice Latte (espresso, pumpkin spice syrup, choice of milk) and the Honey Cinnamon Latte (espresso, honey, cinnamon, choice of milk, whipped cream, cinnamon), along with housemade treats from Executive Pastry Chef Winston Williams, including the Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Swirl and Brown Butter Crumble, Cranberry-White Chocolate Muffin with Brown Sugar Streusel, and Cinnamon Roll with Blood Orange Icing.
- September 17, 18, 24; October 22, 29 – Whiskey Masterclass Series: Sip, savour, and connect with the continuing series of curated master whiskey tasting events hosted by Bayou & Bottle General Manager Brianna Gonzales and select brand ambassadors each week. The fall classes include Blanton's and Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #2 on September 17 and 18; Dalmore Scotch on September 24; Garrison Brothers - Limited Releases & Legends on October 22; and Legacy in the Glass - A Beam Small Batch Showcase on October 29. Reservations are required for these two-hour experiences which include a welcome cocktail, four tastings and lite bites.
- September 18-19 – Mahjong Retreat: This intimate two-day Mahjong retreat, hosted in collaboration with Mahj Social Club Houston, brings together Mahjong instruction, social play, culinary experiences, and wellness. Designed for Mahjong enthusiasts, this intimate retreat invites guests to learn, play and connect through instructor-led sessions, social games and a friendly tournament. Every moment is thoughtfully curated to bring together the strategy and spirit of the game with the signature service of Four Seasons. Reservations are required. For independent play, parties up to four guests can reserve our premium Mahjong sets and enjoy two hours of play for USD 80 at Bayou & Bottle, complete with one handcrafted drink per player. - September 20 - 24 – Texas Cocktail Week: Home to Bandista, ranked among North America’s 50 Best Bars, Four Seasons Hotel Houston is proud to welcome the second annual Texas Cocktail Week. Taking place throughout the state in celebration of cocktails and bars from near and far, Four Seasons is the host hotel and unofficial “home base” of the event, where cocktail aficionados can experience a number of special on-property activations, including the opening party at Bayou & Bottle, guest shifts with world-renowned bars at Bandista, and educational experiences throughout the week.
- September 21 - 27 – Negroni Week: Bayou & Bottle celebrates the bitter and the sweet during Negroni Week, where guests can enjoy three specially-crafted Negroni cocktails, including Classic Negroni (Fords Gin, Campari, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth); Port of Fire (Russell's Reserve 6 Year Old Rye, Campari, Port wine); and Caffe Bianco- Fords Gin, Coffee-infused Campari, Italicus, Chareau), each priced at USD 16. Additionally, The Pool Deck Café will celebrate with Negronis & Pizza, featuring three special wood-fired pizzas with Negroni pairings, for a true al fresco taste of la dolce vita. A portion of proceeds will benefit Slow Food’s mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.
- September 25, 26; October 9, 10, 23, 24 - Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show, Magic, Music & Mayhem. This one-of-a-kind performance breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. Sip cocktails and experience one of Houston’s best-kept secrets: a night of mystery in the Bayou City, curated by host and international champion magician, Ben Jackson. Tickets from USD 65.
- October 1 – 31 – Oktoberfest Menu: Embrace the flavors of fall and Bavarian tradition by celebrating Oktoberfest at Bayou & Bottle. The culinary team has created a traditional Octoberfest plate, available for USD 42, which includes Soft Pretzel Rods with Cheese Dip, Bavarian Bratwurst with Whole Grain Mustard, Pastrami Slices, Cambozola Triple Cream Soft-Ripened Blue Cheese, Muenster Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Cornichons. Specials on Equal Parts Brewing’s Loggerbier will be on tap, providing a classic German Pilsner to complement the cuisine.
- October 1 – 31 – Latte Glow Soothing Body Scrub & Massage: The Spa and Nail Bar presents this invigorating full body pure can sugar scrub, expertly blended with 100% Arabica coffee grounds and a calming soufflé of essential oils. The rich aroma of roasted coffee and creamy vanilla awakens the senses, while coconut and sweet almond oils deeply moisturize and rejuvenate. A nourishing body butter seals in hydration, leaving skin silky smooth and radiant. This 50-minute sensory escape is priced at USD 275.
- October 3 - November 5 – Día de Los Muertos at Toro Toro: Día de los Muertos, the annual celebration that calls to remember family and friends through food, drink, and sharing, returns to Toro Toro. Guests are invited to indulge in special a la carte offerings such as Luz de Mar Tiradito (salmon, seabass, saffron aguachile, mango relish, macha salsa, crispy sweet potato, marigold); Fuego del Sol Short Rib (achiote-braised short rib, charred poblano cheese enchilada, plantain purée, zucchini blossom sauce, green zucchini, affila cress); and the Amanecer Pumpkin Brulée (piloncillo pumpkin crème brulée, salted caramel ice cream, pepita brittle). Additionally, the acclaimed Pan-Latin steakhouse by Richard Sandoval will feature a special five-course private culinary journey celebrating Día de Los Muertos through the lens of El Sol — the sun — the origin of corn, of fire, of color, and of time. - November & December – Holiday Experiences: The Hotel is preparing for a busy holiday season, with festive highlights including the Annual Tree Lighting, Thanksgiving Brunch, Santa’s Gingerbread Workshop, Christmas Brunch, and New Year’s Eve parties.
