Four Seasons Hotel Houston, again named among the Best Hotels in the United States by U.S. News & World Report, invites guests and the H-Town community  to celebrate the season with an exciting offering of Spring Happenings.

Some of these 2026 experiences include:

March through May – Spring Spa Sweetness: The Spa presents a special spring-inspired treatment featuring signature ELEMIS products, designed to pamper and soothe throughout the season. The Frangipani Bloom Body Scrub and Massage Ritual begins with an uplifting full-body exfoliation powered by a mineral-rich salt scrub infused with hibiscus and frangipani that gently polishes away dullness, cleanses and brightens the complexion while sealing in nourishing moisture. A restorative massage featuring frangipani and monoi body oil glides effortlessly over the skin, delivering intense hydration and silky softness as it eases tension and promotes deep relaxation. Reservations are required for this indulgent 110-minute experience, priced at USD 510.

March through May – Picnics in the Park: Just steps from the Hotel is Discovery Green – the perfect venue for a spring picnic. Four Seasons presents guests with an effortlessly enjoyable personalized picnic experience for two or more. Equipped with their bespoke basket and a map of nearby parks, including Discovery Green, guests are able to choose their ideal location, set their blanket, and enjoy their customized picnic with all the fixings. Enhancements include, but are not limited to, Champagne, wine, and caviar service. Picnics in the Park start at USD 75 per person and must be booked in advance.

March through May: Mahjong & Martinis: Show the chows, pungs, and kongs while enjoying great food and drink at Bayou & Bottle. For those looking to learn the game through expert instruction from Lady Mahj, Bayou & Bottle is offering Mahjong 101 classes on April 29 and May 13 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, priced at USD 80 per person, which includes an appetizer and a cocktail. Experienced players are invited to play independently at their leisure with a two-hour session, which includes board rental, and a cocktail. Priced at USD 80, reservations are recommended.

March 2–22 – Houston Rodeo: There’s no better place to call home during the world’s largest rodeo than Four Seasons, with excitement and connection happening all month long. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo takes over the city and is one of the year’s most exciting events, and guests of and visitors to the Hotel can enjoy extended hours and special food and drink offerings at Bayou & Bottle and Toro Toro.

March 6, 7, 28, 29; April 10, 11, 17, 18 – Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show, Magic, Music & Mayhem. This one-of-a-kind performance breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. Tickets from USD 65.

March 17 – Bar Colette Pop-Up: Bandista welcomes Dallas’ Bar Colette, a 2025 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Bar. This exclusive one-night pop-up will feature Bar Director Rubén Rolón presenting five house cocktails, including Tucanone Bombolone (Siete Misterio Doba Yej, Amaro Montenegro, Shio-Koji Passion Fruit, yuzu juice); Oni (Los Siete Misterios Doba Yej, Choya Umeshu, Red Verjus, Giffard Apricot Liqueur, Pickled Jalapeño Brine, Simple Syrup, Fake Lime); Meloncholy (La Cigarrera Manzanilla Sherry, Comoz Vermouth Blanc, Artonic Melon, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Lavender-Infused Crop Vodka, basil oil); and Aku Aku (Coconut-Washed Michter's Rye, Fernet Branca, spiced pineapple syrup, La Cigarrera Oloroso Sherry). During this special evening, set within the intimate confines of Bandista, a limited number of guests will be able to experience Bar Colette’s quietly dazzling classic cocktails, rooted in creativity, technique, and hospitality, with a reservation for a 60-minute experience between 5:00–10:00 pm.

March 20; April 2; May 7, 14 – Master Class Series: Dive deep into the wide world of spirits with a continuing series of curated master tasting events hosted by esteemed brand ambassadors and Bayou & Bottle General Manager Brianna Gonzales. High West will showcase their whiskeys on March 20; while Buffalo Trace presents its Sazerac Rye Collection on April 2. An Exploring Herradura tasting will take place on May 7, while the Blue Label & Beyond: A Johnnie Walker Masterclass will be offered on May 14. Reservations are required for these two-hour experiences, which include a welcome cocktail, four tastings and lite bites.

March 20 through May 21- Spring Flavours: Bayou & Bean welcomes the season with a seasonal “fruit fusion” of strawberry, peach, and passionfruit, which can be added to a caffe latte, matcha latte, iced tea, lemonade, or sparkling water for a refreshing hint of spring flavour. Freshly-baked seasonal creations from the Hotel’s talented pastry team include the Lemon Streusel Danish and Passionfruit Poppyseed Bread.

March 24 – April 22 – Viva Abejas: Meaning “long live bees” in Spanish, Viva Abejas is Toro Toro’s month-long campaign designed to spread awareness of the importance of bees to the food system (one in every three bites of food and sips of drinks depends on bees for pollination). Guests will enjoy bee-centric food and drink specials, highlighting the bloom-to-table experience, with each dish featuring pollinated ingredients. The special a la carte menu includes Viva Tiradito (chili-crusted ahi, cured salmon, hamachi, honey avocado puree, lemongrass leche de tigre, red onion, radish, and orange blossom honey), Beef Tenderloin (roasted corn ragout, rainbow heirloom cauliflower, criolla salsa, and truffle honey), and the Passionfruit Cream Cake (lemon chiffon, mango compote, mango passionfruit coulis, and coconut ice cream). Viva Abejas cocktails include Honeycomb Carajillo (mezcal, vanilla and cardamom honey, Ancho Reyes, cold brew coffee), Margarita Melipona (blanco tequila, fruit-infused honey, turmeric, orange, lime, and Tajín), Viva Abeja Paloma (chipotle-infused blanco tequila, honey, lime, grapefruit soda, and black salt), and the zero-proof Golden Melody with honey and orange. Reservations are recommended.

March 26 – Astros Home Opener: Root, root, root for the home team and join the fun at Bayou & Bottle for the Astros' home opener (and every home game). In addition to an impressive collection of more than 200 whiskies, guests can enjoy Chef Gaby Jimenez’s Game Day Spicy Loaded Nachos (queso, pico de gallo, salsa verde and a choice of birria or ribeye chicharron) and sip the Orbit cocktail (matcha, Novo Fogo Cachaça, Noix de Coco, lime juice, and pineapple juice) while they cheer on the beloved ‘Stros.

April 5 – Easter Brunch: Gather at Toro Toro for a spectacular Easter Brunch, featuring classics with pan-Latin flair, as imagined by Executive Sous Chef Jonathan Esparza. Offerings include a seafood and sushi station, a carving station, a Texas Charcuterie Board, all the breakfast favourites, a grand dessert display, and kid’s station. Live music and a visit from the Easter Bunny add to the magic. Easter Brunch is priced at USD 145 for adults and USD 65 for children 12 and under and is served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. April 22 – Celebrity Chefs Against Cancer: A special night out for an amazing cause, the 7th Annual Celebrity Chefs Against Cancer features 22 of Houston’s top chefs, serving up their delicious cuisine, alongside incredible wine, music, and silent and live auctions to benefit Camp H-Town, the summer sleep away camp at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. May 5 - Cinco de Mayo: Celebrate with tequila and mezcal flights and flame-grilled favourites all day and night in Toro Toro, including daily Happy Hour at the bar, lounge, and “suviche” bar from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
