The Summer of Fun Returns to Four Seasons Hotel Houston
Four Seasons Hotel Houston, named among the Best Hotels in the United States by U.S. News & World Report, invites guests and the H-Town community to celebrate the season with an exciting offering of Summer Happenings.
"Things are heating up here this summer, and we’ve got lots planned at the Hotel to give our guests and locals some incredible experiences throughout the season,” says Tom Segesta, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Houston. “Our downtown destination is the place to be for fun, indulgence, pampering, and more.”
Some of these experiences taking place through September include:
- Summer Speakeasy Sessions: Fresh off being named the #47 bar in North America (and again #1 in Texas) by 50 Best Bars, Bandista welcomes guests from H-Town and beyond behind the bookcase for a fun and memorable cocktail experience. The bar’s expert drink makers showcase inventive creations, colorful and celebratory in nature, and often with unexpected elements. Also the recent recipient of 1 PIN from The Pinnacle Guide, Bandista is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 pm until midnight. Reservations are required, though walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
- Soccer Takes Over: The world’s most exciting soccer tournament takes place in Houston and beyond, and Four Seasons Hotel Houston will be buzzing with global energy and excitement. Whether cheering from Bayou & Bottle, recovering at the Spa, celebrating at Toro Toro and Bandista, or enjoying the soccer-themed art exhibit, the Hotel’s experiences and activations throughout the tournament are unmatched.
- Summer Flavours and Agave at Toro Toro: Richard Sandoval’s Pan-Latin steakhouse celebrates the season with new additions to the menu, including the indulgent Bison Tartare (with truffle, oil, chipotle emulsion, sun-dried tomato, pickled onion, grilled sourdough, and bone marrow butter) which is presented tableside with fire and theater; the fresh and refreshing Ahi Tuna Tiradito (with almond leche de tigre, snow peas, lemon oil, cucumber, and pickles); and an Heirloom Tomato Salad (with burrata, watercress, radish, grilled peach, pepita pesto, and balsamic glaze) - perfect flavours to celebrate the summer season. Toro Toro’s sushi and ceviche offerings are perfect for summer, and guests can also enjoy daily happy hour from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at the bar, lounge, or “suviche” bar. To complement the cuisine, the cocktail program at Toro Toro features an impressive selection of agave spirits, and hand-crafted cocktails. Throughout the summer, guests can cool off with a Mercado, Toro Toro, or Tamarind Mezcal Margarita; an Espresso Martini, A Night in Jalisco, the low-ABV Ranch Water Lite, or the zero-proof Almost Healthy or Boost cocktails. Additionally, the bar team will feature a special agave-based cocktail each month through the summer.

Paying tribute to the city’s love of classic comfort food, this mouthwatering half chicken is whiskey-brined, kimchee and achiote-marinated, then fried to crispy, golden perfection. Bayou’s Fried Chicken is offered daily, and includes biscuits with honey butter, spiced pecan slaw, and remoulade for USD 32.
