Embark on a culinary adventure this summer as elevated as the Tetons at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. From the debut of Steadfire modern chophouse to the hidden allure of 80 Proof speakeasy and a poolside paradise evocative of the Mediterranean, the Resort unveils an exciting lineup of new food and beverage offerings.
“Guests and local visitors can complement their summer adventures with a menu of all-day dining experiences,” says Director of Food and Beverage Jose Vargas. “Lounge poolside with a menu of sophisticated spritzes, enjoy our new laid back BBQ series at The Handle Bar, or indulge in tableside theatre at the new Steadfire modern chophouse.”
The Handle Bar
It’s time to head to cowboy camp this summer at The Handle Bar. Enjoy featured live weekend barbecues every Sunday, with wood-fired dishes and spirit pop-up bars. Summer menu specials evoke the feel of an old fashioned summer camp, including mason jar cocktails, cast-iron skillet dishes, smoked featured items, “cowboy caviar” and trail mix bar snacks. On select dates throughout the summer, pop-up live musical activations will take place.
Steadfire Chophouse
Opening July 2025 at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, Wyoming’s distinctive spirit is central at Steadfire, a modern chophouse celebrating the heritage, resources and stories of the American West. The finest meat, fish, game and vegetables are prepared by flame, primarily sustainably sourced from local ranchers and farmers. Grilled, roasted and smoked dishes anchor a menu that equally highlights lighter fare, heirloom breads and pastries, and a classic raw bar. Complementing the food menu is a robust American wine list, craft cocktails and a whiskey for every occasion. From breakfast to dinner, Steadfire is refreshingly modern while anchored in the heart of the American frontier.
Spend Summer Poolside
Drawing inspiration from the rugged beauty of the Tetons, winding Snake River and sun-kissed charm of the Mediterranean, the poolside experience blends high-altitude elegance with the feel of a coastal escape. The poolside cafe is open daily for lunch starting May 23, 2025, and offers a menu focused on fresh ingredients, bold flavour and healthy options. Light and refreshing drinks, including spritz-based, low ABV and zero-proof options, complement the plant-forward dishes that highlight seasonal local produce
Fuel Up at First Chair Grab & Go
Open daily from morning to early afternoon, the mountainside First Chair grab and go market is the perfect place to fuel up for summer adventures. The summer “Teton Trio” offers a to-go breakfast or lunch perfect for taking on a hike, tour or into the National Parks. Stop in later in the day for refreshments including cocktails and mocktails to go, sandwiches, and a selection of sweet treats presented by Executive Pastry Chef Rhonda Ashton. For an afternoon pick-me-up, enjoy Espresso Martinis on draft.
80 Proof
Whether shaken or stirred, 80 Proof speakeasy is an enclave for guests looking for a memorable cocktail experience where every sip tells a story. Hidden behind a painting, this intimate spot offers seating for up to 30 guests with a mix of counter stool and banquette tables. Summer guests can expect elevated mixology, as well as plentiful zero-proof options, influenced by the American frontier. A menu of light bites accompanies the extensive drink menu. The speakeasy is open Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am.
Ascent Lounge
Cap the evening with a stop in Ascent Lounge, offering a rotating seasonal cocktail selection and menu of pan-Asian bites. For a true local flavour, order the Wyoming Whiskey Cocktail Flight – featuring an Old Fashioned, Manhattan and Boulevardier – all made with different styles of Wyoming Whiskey.
Omakase Experience
Ascent Lounge will bring back the popular omakase residency from New York City-based Taikun Sushi. Guests will enjoy a special tasting menu at an intimate, custom-built, eight-seat sushi counter. The weekly rotating “chef’s choice” menu highlights the season's most premium fish, perfectly paired with a handpicked selection of sake and wine. The omakase experience is available Wednesday through Sunday, with two seatings each night, kicking off June 11, 2025.
