As a child Nasreen discovered her passion for beauty and wellness within her uncle’s hair salon, realizing that great joy that comes from making people feel good on the outside, which in turn makes them feel good on the inside; despite any other challenges they may have been going through. Some of Nasreen’s life experiences together with this passion and conviction that mind, body and soul are all connected through holistic well-being, has led her to become the celebrated Spa Manager she is.
Nasreen loves to travel, to experience new cuisines and mostly to spend time outdoors connecting with nature. Her heritage celebrates the diversity of South Africa. With Cape Malay and Indian roots, she has a strong cultural heritage that defines her palate and beliefs. She enjoys developing individuals and helping them achieve their goals, breaking challenges down and finding the best way to achieve success.
