Savour the Sea: Seafood Saturdays Are Back by Popular Demand at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

This summer, the Savour the Sea seafood buffet returns to Curate at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Every Saturday night from April to June 2025, guests are invited to the Savour the Sea seafood feast, filled with marine flavours from Malaysia and beyond.

From oysters, prawns, and mussels to salmon, lobster, and crab, the extravagant spread promises to satisfy even the most ardent seafood lover. The abundance of Malaysian waters takes centre stage, with Executive Chef Junious Dickerson and his team sourcing fresh, sustainable, and premium ingredients from local farms and fishermen.

First launched in September 2024, the Savour the Sea seafood nights at Curate were an instant and resounding success with both international guests and local foodies. “We’re delighted to bring back Savour the Sea by popular demand. This limited-time dining experience offers guests the perfect opportunity to explore the diverse maritime heritage of Malaysia, elevated by the skill and passion of our talented team,” says Chef Junious.

Diners can look forward to the pristine flavours of seafood on ice, meticulously crafted ceviche and sashimi, and smoked seafood platters. Savour globally inspired selections such as Tandoori River Prawns, Papillote Whole Salmon, and Abalone Carbonara, and fill up on flavour-packed Asian delights like Wok-Fried Chilli Mud Crab, Seafood Biryani Rice, and Char Kway Teow with Baby Scallops. Chef’s pass-around snacks include a very special treat – the Caviar Waffles, made with T’lur tropical caviar and popcorn shrimp.

Savour the Sea at Curate is available for dinner every Saturday from April to June 2025, priced at MYR 288+ per adult and MYR 144+ per child.
