Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya unveils a fresh chapter for its celebrated Italian restaurant with the debut of La Trattoria di Dai Forni, an elevated dining concept launching on October 1, 2025.

This refreshed concept introduces a distinctive look and feel that blends vintage Italian charm with modern elegance. Inspired by the convivial spirit of Italy’s traditional neighbourhood trattorias, La Trattoria di Dai Forni offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. 

Guests will enjoy thoughtfully redesigned interiors featuring traditional Italian elements, warm rustic textures, as well as an open-air terrace with panoramic views of Kuwait City. The experience is further enhanced by live entertainment each evening, creating a vibrant and welcoming ambiance.

While the setting has evolved, the culinary philosophy remains rooted in authenticity. The menu continues to celebrate the best of Italian cuisine, from signature Neapolitan pizzas prepared in traditional wood-fired ovens imported from Italy to handmade pastas, artisanal cheeses, and seasonally sourced produce.

To mark the relaunch, La Trattoria di Dai Forni introduces a special Chef’s Series. This program will host some of Italy’s most celebrated chefs for a limited three-night residencies. Each chef will present a curated tasting menu that showcases the distinct flavours and traditions of their region, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore Italy’s culinary diversity without leaving Kuwait.
