Las Vegas, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas invites guests to experience the spirit of the Summer Games with a captivating array of offerings throughout the Hotel, inspired by the enchanting allure and iconic setting of Paris.

Renowned artist Richard MacDonald brings a retrospective exhibition to Four Seasons, inviting guests to explore five decades of his artistic journey through the lens of the Art of The Athlete. From his early career as a freelance illustrator for NFL, Coca-Cola USA, Disney, and multiple Games, culminating in the monumental The Flair in 1996, MacDonald’s mastery in capturing kinetic energy and elegance has made him one of the most well-known artists of his time. This exhibition showcases his evolution from two-dimensional art to stunning three-dimensional sculptures, offering unseen drawings, studies from past Games, and a breathtaking half-sized bronze gymnast gilded with 24-carat gold. MacDonald’s work celebrates both artistic and athletic triumphs, offering a profound reflection on human achievement in the dynamic landscape of the twenty-first century.

Veranda, the Hotel’s signature restaurant, introduces a delectable Parisian-inspired menu of weekly dinner specials curated for the occasion. Executive Chef Michael Goodman presents a culinary journey featuring exquisite dishes. The Salade Landaise features cured duck breast, torn baguette crouton, heirloom cherry tomato, seasonal chicorée, and poppy seed bistro vinaigrette, offering a blend of textures and flavours. The Sockeye Salmon Tartare combines king crab, ruby grapefruit, creamy avocado mousse, and a delicate gaufrette potato crisp, creating a refreshing and sophisticated starter. Pan Seared Diver Scallops are served with chanterelle ravigote, grilled Belgium endive, local asparagus, and crispy parsnip, showcasing a harmonious balance of earthy and savoury elements. The Pan Roasted Muscovy Duck features tender haricot vert, confit fingerling potato, grilled nectarine mustard, and a rich cherry duck glace, promising a robust and flavourful main course.

For dessert, indulge in tantalizing specialties such as the Flan Parisien with vanilla bean flan and puff pastry crust, served alongside fresh berry compote. The Paris Brest delights with pâte à choux, hazelnut praline mousseline, milk chocolate hazelnut crisp, sea salt caramel sauce, and banana dulce de leche gelato, offering a symphony of textures and flavours. The Warm Chocolate Soufflé enchants with its classic preparation and crème anglaise, while the Strawberry Rhubarb Tart features vanilla sugardough, almond frangipane, toasted meringue, and raspberry sorbet. Complete the Parisian-inspired dining experience with the Tarte au Chocolat, showcasing 70% dark chocolate complemented by vanilla bean gelato.

At PRESS Lounge, guests can enjoy a selection of featured cocktails inspired by the Paris Summer Games. The Champ De Baies Royale blends Lallier Champagne (“Champ”) with the fruity sweetness of Crème de Cassis and fresh berries (“Baies”) to perfectly capture the essence and elegance synonymous with the City of Love. For those seeking a more intimate experience, indulge in Lallier Champagne by the bottle, elevating any evening in Las Vegas with its crisp effervescence and luxurious flavour profile. Combining Courvoisier VS Cognac with Aperol, lemon juice, strawberry, pomegranate, and a mint garnish, the Citrus Olympiad embodies the zest and excitement of the Games. The rich flavours of Uncle Nearest Rye Whiskey and Hennessy VS Cognac are melded together to evoke a sense of sophistication and celebration in the Champion’s Elixir, where Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth adds a touch of complexity, and Bénédictine lends herbal notes and a hint of sweetness.

Enhancing the Parisian ambiance, guests can also explore a special photo wall sponsored by Lallier Champagne, capturing the romantic allure of Paris, offering the perfect backdrop for memorable moments during their stay at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
