CURA at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon Joins 50 Best Discovery’s Prestigious Collection of City Guides

CURA at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon has officially made its debut on 50 Best Discovery, an esteemed collection of city guides that highlight exceptional dining, drinking, and travel destinations worldwide.

Each venue featured, including CURA, has been carefully selected based on votes from the expert 50 Best voting Academies, which curate the organisation’s world-renowned global and regional lists.

CURA’s culinary philosophy is dedicated to honouring local ingredients and presenting them at their best. Respecting seasonality and working closely with local suppliers are fundamental principles at the core of its gastronomic approach to sustainability and waste reduction. The result is a refined yet minimalist dining experience, where each ingredient takes centre stage, offering guests unexpected yet harmonious flavour combinations.

CURA offers two thoughtfully crafted tasting menus: one featuring ten moments and another with five moments, both available in vegetarian options. These menus take guests on a culinary journey not only through contemporary Portuguese cuisine but also showcase the finest local ingredients and the remarkable talent of CURA’s team.

With this milestone, CURA continues to establish itself as a premier destination in Lisbon’s dynamic gastronomic scene, now officially recognised among the world’s best by 50 Best Discovery.

Skillful curatorship – curadoria in Portuguese – lies at the heart of CURA, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. Opened in 2020, CURA needs no introduction in Lisbon's fine-dining scene and has since attracted international acclaim. Within its first year, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, which has been retained and renewed ever since. With its façade and entrance on Lisbon’s Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca, CURA is both of the city and of the Hotel.

With a total of 28 seats CURA is open for dinner only every day, from 7:30 to 11:00 pm.

CURA offers two tasting menus: one of five courses and a more extensive one, of ten courses, a journey into the flavours of contemporary Portuguese cuisine. All menus have wine or soft pairing options.
