Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane Retains Michelin Star
Pavyllon London, the debut London restaurant from one of the world’s most Michelin-decorated chefs Yannick Alléno, set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, has retained its Michelin star in the 2026 Great Britain & Ireland Guide for the third year.
Michelin commends the restaurant’s “luxurious counter” and “focus on comfort” with “food underscored by classic French recipes” plus influences “from Italy to North Africa to Japan.”
Reflecting on a standout year for the restaurant, Pavyllon London has continued to push the boundaries of fine dining in the capital over the past 12 months. Key moments include the launch of London’s first breakfast tasting menu, which is making waves globally, and the continued evolution of the restaurant’s collaborative dinner series – Counter Culture – which has welcomed some of the most respected figures in global gastronomy, including Raymond Blanc OBE and Adam Handling, into Pavyllon London’s kitchen for a one-night dinner.
