The Iconic Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Returns Weekly in a Re-Imagined Way, Starting on Sunday, November 5, 2023
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills invites guests and local residents to experience the return of its iconic Sunday Brunch Buffet in a re-imagined manner, starting on Sunday, November 5, 2023 with increased culinary offerings for guests. Prepared by Executive Chef Mitch Austin and the Hotel’s culinary team, the opulent brunch offerings return with made-to-order omelets and Belgian waffles, fresh seafood and artisanal salads, carving and dessert stations, and more. To enhance the guest experience, the chefs have concocted special dishes that will be tray-passed in the dining room.

Traditional breakfast favourites will be offered including made-to-order omelets, freshly cooked Belgian waffles, roasted breakfast potatoes, applewood bacon, chicken apple sausages, and cheese blintzes. Specialty items will also rotate weekly such as braised short ribs, achiote chicken, branzino and more, as well as continental breakfast items including croissants, muffins, and sweet loaves. The elaborate shellfish station will return featuring split king crab legs, shrimp, oysters and mussels with accompanying sauces as well as smoked salmon platter with traditional toppings. A selection of fresh salads will be included, with a carving station featuring herb roasted prime rib and leg of lamb. A display of pizzas, cooked in their Italian oven, will also be available with options including margherita, squash blossom, and salami.
In addition to the buffet, guests will have access to specialty items, made to order a la carte, and included in the brunch. Those Four Seasons Los Angeles favourites include chicken and waffle sliders, brisket tots with cheese curd and Fresno chillies, avocado toast bites and tableside tuna crudo. The Chefs are also planning to go out of the kitchen to entertain guests with some surprises.
To complete the decadent brunch, an elaborate live dessert station with freshly made crepes, petite desserts, Grandma’s chocolate cake, and pies will also be available.
For serious epicureans, extra items to be shared at the table will be available such as a porterhouse steaks, a whole branzino, fresh biscuits and cinnamon rolls.
Brunch signature cocktails will elevate the unmissable Mimosa, Bloody Mary, and Espresso Martini, as well as re-inventing a Punch created with a house made cookie milk, or an "I Love You So Matcha" being a matcha-based Margarita.
