Sebastian Hinsch leads Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills in a meaningful homecoming—he previously served as Hotel Manager at the property from 2015 to 2017. A Four Seasons veteran with more than two decades of global hospitality experience, Sebastian brings extensive operational expertise, deep knowledge of the Los Angeles market, and an unwavering commitment to the intuitive, personalized service that has defined this iconic property since 1987.

Most recently General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle—the city's only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star property—Sebastian spent nearly five years elevating the hotel's reputation while serving as an ambassador of the Pacific Northwest to guests worldwide. His career with Four Seasons spans the globe, including leadership roles at properties in Sydney, Jackson Hole, Houston, and Hualalai, where he led a USD 120 million renovation and served as acting General Manager in 2020.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil and raised in Hamburg, Germany, Sebastian discovered his passion for hospitality through food and beverage internships as a teenager. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Hamburger Hotel Berufsschule before beginning his Four Seasons journey in 2001 at The Pierre Hotel in New York, formerly a Four Seasons property.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and genuine warmth, Sebastian believes meaningful hospitality reveals itself in life's unexpected moments. "The unexpected little touches that show our guests we know who they are and why they are here are what matter most," he says. "The intuitive service we deliver in a meaningful and authentic way is what distinguishes us."

Sebastian oversees all strategic operations of the 285-room urban resort, including Culina Ristorante, La OLA rooftop restaurant, The Lounge, and the hotel's acclaimed wellness programming. When not at the hotel, you'll find him exploring Los Angeles' diverse neighbourhoods with his wife and two dogs, deepening his connection to the city he now calls home.
