In honour of International Jazz Day, a UNESCO-recognized global celebration held annually on April 30, Four Seasons Hotel Macao joins hands with Jazz Club de Macau to shine a spotlight on the universal language of jazz at Splash. The hotel also welcomes Philip Bischoff, the internationally acclaimed mixologist from BKK Social Club of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River - ranked #12 on The World’s 50 Best Bars List 2024 - who is also the Beverage Ambassador for Four Seasons Asia Pacific. On April 30, 2025, Bischoff will take centre stage behind the bar, crafting jazz-inspired cocktails that harmonize perfectly with the live, soulful melodies of jazz.
Adding a sweet and meaningful touch to the month, the hotel presents a Sustainable Chocolate Workshop at Belcanção for children on April 19, 2025, held in partnership with acclaimed chocolatier Valrhona. As part of Four Seasons Hotel Macao Kids Academy, young guests will explore the journey of chocolate from bean to bar in a hands-on workshop that highlights the importance of ethical sourcing and sustainability. Dressed in adorable chef’s uniforms and guided by experts, children will craft their own chocolate creations and receive a Kids Academy certificate upon completion. Priced at MOP 250 per child, this enriching experience offers limited seats and promises a deliciously educational afternoon.
For those seeking open-air dining, Splash Restaurant reopens its alfresco terrace, featuring a refreshed menu that highlights the vibrant flavours of spring. Surrounded by lush greenery and basking in natural sunlight or starlight, Splash offers the perfect setting for a casual yet sophisticated dining experience. Ohte, on the other hand, launches its Sakura special menu inspired by Japan’s iconic cherry blossom season. Zi Yat Heen unveils Celebration of Spring – The Secret Sauce, where Executive Chef Anthony Ho collaborates with a 120-year-old local sauce maker to honour tradition through sustainable spring seafood. Signature dishes such as Steamed Bighead Carp with Yellow Bean Sauce and Double-Boiled Coconut Soup with Fish Maw celebrate cultural heritage with refined Michelin flair.
Guests can savour elevated European flavours with the launch of the Belcanção French Buffet, showcasing fine cheeses, classic entrées, and decadent desserts. From April 18 to 21, 2025, the Easter Egg’stravaganza Brunch Buffet will add a festive touch, inviting families to enjoy seasonal delights crafted for both adults and children. Young guests can also take part in an exciting Easter Egg Hunt in the Garden, adding a playful and memorable element to the holiday weekend.
