ISA, the Restaurant and Cocktail Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Reinvents “ISA NIGHTS” and Presents First Edition of “ISA & FRIENDS” with Bareksten

ISA is once again reinventing the nightlife in Madrid with a limited Omakase Experience that fuses gastronomy and cocktails with special hosts

In its constant search for excellence and innovation, and following on from the success of the ISA NIGHTS, the restaurant and cocktail bar at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is reinventing this novel concept and will present its new nightlife and haute cuisine concept on February 3, 2024. The first instalment of ISA & FRIENDS will take place in partnership with Bareksten Gin.

As part of its commitment to offering a sophisticated list of signature cocktails with unique experiences, ISA is bringing Stig Bareksten (CEO of the Norwegian botanical gin company Bareksten) to the centre of Madrid for its first edition of ISA & FRIENDS, promising to captivate both Hotel guests and local residents by elevating the art of cocktail making to the nth degree with a unique Omakase Experience (EUR 47 per person) paired with the surprising ad hoc creations by Ignacio Vara, Chef at ISA. For this liquid proposal, the team from Bareksten will offer a new and sophisticated drinks list full of clean flavours inspired by ancient traditions of a certain wild and dramatic nature. In turn, Chef Ignacio Vara will present four bites that fuse some surprising flavours as the perfect accompaniment to the cocktails created by the Norwegian team.

This Omakase Experience will be available in the Himiko Laboratory of the restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid twice a day at 9:15 and 10:30 pm. Spaces will be limited.

Bareksten and Ignacio Vara Omakase Experience Menu

  • Taco stuffed with shrimp tartar and a splash of Martini - BO(n)DINI MARTINI
  • Beetroot marinated salmon nigiri; gin, yuzu gel and longfin tuna slice nikiri - FRUITS & SPICES
  • Siumai of seasonal mushrooms, green shiso pesto and vermouth Bordelaise sauce - SO FRESH & SO CLEAN
  • Daifuku stuffed with roasted plantain cream and Campari gel - ODIN’S NEGRONI

Meanwhile, throughout the evening from 7:00 pm, Simone Bodini (Global Brand Ambassador for Bareksten) will share the Japanese bar with the ISA team.

  • Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am
  • Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am
