Dani Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid Celebrates Argentine Haute Cuisine with an Exclusive Dinner Hosted by Chef Gonzalo Aramburu

Antonio Soriano, Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, and Gonzalo Aramburu, the only Argentine chef to hold two Michelin stars, are joining forces to offer an evening of world-class Argentine cuisine.

For one night only, Dani Brasserie becomes the meeting point between Madrid and Buenos Aires, offering an exceptional dining experience. On Thursday, October 22, 2026, the restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid will welcome Gonzalo Aramburu as guest chef; he is the head chef at Aramburu, the only Argentine restaurant to have been awarded two Michelin stars.

This exclusive dinner, part of Dani Brasserie’s gastronomic program, offers a contemporary journey through Argentine cuisine alongside Antonio Soriano, Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, in which identity, ingredients, creativity and emotion come together in every dish. A celebration of haute cuisine that reinforces Dani Brasserie’s commitment to creating unique experiences and bringing fresh perspectives to the capital’s culinary scene.

On this occasion, Gonzalo Aramburu will bring to Dani Brasserie a menu centred on Argentine produce, the connection with its producers, and the philosophy he has developed throughout his career.
