On Thursday, November 23, 2023, gather with family and friends for a Thanksgiving Brunch of traditional slow-roasted turkey and maple mustard basted ham and dishes with a regional flair, such as roasted butternut squash soup with coconut cream and locally-sourced blue crab salad.

Come December and the festive spirit with a Christmas Eve prix-fixe dinner including a richly flavourful terrine of duck and foie gras served with Maduro marmelada and roasted hazelnuts. On Christmas Day, a “Cornucopia” brunch awaits, alongside seasonal creations showcasing quintessential holiday flavours such as salmon baked in puff pastry with scallops and truffles, sweet potato and chestnut tart, and a chocolate Bûche de Noël, followed by a surprise appearance by Santa himself.

On New Year’s Eve, Edge rolls out the red carpet to 2024 with a dazzling dinner designed by Executive Chef Aaron Brooks featuring a noteworthy seabass Wellington with scallops, shrimp and champagne butter sauce.
