Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis Announces Fourth Annual Nordic Village Rooftop Experience

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis invites guests and the community to embrace the chill and cozy up this winter at Nordic Village, a Minnesota cabin dining experience that transports guests out of the city into a magical winter wonderland that is located on the Hotel’s rooftop in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.  

Entering its fourth season, this year’s Nordic Village will be offering a new experience at The Lodge, a cozy cabin-style bar with food and beverage offerings in the middle of the city, as well as exciting new Nordic-inspired menus and updated holiday hours. Hotel guests and community members can look forward to the official return, and a Nordic Village opening celebration party, on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

"This year, we are reimagining The Lodge as a welcoming cabin-style bar with hearty food and drink. The Menu

The Nordic-inspired menu will see some new changes this year and will continue with the evolving four-course menu format, including the option to add a variety of wine pairings. Executive Chef Martín Morelli is spearheading the menu creation for the upcoming winter season. A glimpse at some of the offerings includes Swedish Meatballs, Cedar Plank Salmon, and delicious Cake.

The full opening menu will be announced and available online at a later date. The Nordic Village team will accommodate dietary restrictions and provide complimentary menu options for children under five years old who are dining with a hotel guest. Pricing begins at USD 175 per person. Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy The Lodge’s cabin bar experience, which will offer à la carte menus for food and beverage.

The Design

The team at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is honoured to continue working with MartinPatrick3 the internationally recognized design house known for its distinctive blend of sophistication and warmth. The team has reimagined Nordic Village year after year, creating an evolving winter wonderland that seamlessly balances style, comfort, and seasonal charm in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.  

Featuring sweeping views of the city skyline, the village includes five cabins seating up to four guests, three cabins seating up to eight guests, and The Lodge with seating for up to 24 guests. The larger cabins and The Lodge each have their own independently controlled televisions for guests who are keeping up with the game or would like to cozy up with dinner and a movie. All cabins are heated for guest comfort, no matter the chill outside. 

Launch Party and Community Celebration

Guests and community members are invited to attend Nordic Village’s launch party celebration, which marks the grand opening, on Saturday, November 1 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.  

The Hotel will be welcoming guests and the Twin Cities community for a celebratory opening day event, featuring local vendors and artists – ideal for those looking to get a head start on holiday gift shopping. A complimentary welcome drink will be provided upon arrival. This event is free and open to the public.

Discover SnowHaus, a Snowglobe-Inspired Escape for Guests  
New this year, SnowHaus at Nordic Village, is a warm retreat designed for hotel guests. This private snowglobe, nestled beside the outdoor hot tub, offers a heated lounge where guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy the magic of winter before or after a soak. Blending cozy comfort with sparkling seasonal charm, SnowHaus creates a one-of-a-kind experience available only to overnight guests. 

Winter Markets

Throughout the season, Nordic Village will be hosting a variety of local artists, makers, and creators for a European-inspired market experience during the weekends, facilitated with the support of market curator Mich Berthiaume. During Winter Market days, The Lodge cabin-style bar will be open, and Nordic Village accessories will also be available for purchase.

The Winter Markets will be held from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, beginning November 1 through December 21. Access to these markets, as well as valet parking, is complimentary and open to the public. Winter Markets are weather dependent; any schedule updates will be shared on Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis’ Instagram.

Proposals at Nordic Village

Reservations and Private Events

Reservations for Nordic Village will become available on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, via OpenTable Experiences. New this year, Nordic Village will be open every day of the week from Thanksgiving Day through New Year’s Day. 

Nordic Village cabin experiences are also available for private booking for dinners, events, and buyouts starting Saturday, November 1, 2025.
