This September, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai brings the Italian tradition of aperitivo to the city with Aperitivo Week from September 15 to 22, 2026. This experience at Opus and AER is created for the guests looking to ease into the evenings over cocktails and sharing plates, whether before dinner or as an occasion that carries on later into the night.

Five cocktails set the tone for the week, each offering a different interpretation of the drink. La Spiaggia, Terra Rossa, Il Tramonto, Negroni Sbagliato and Cardinale move from the roasted depth of cold brew coffee and the zest of grapefruit to juicy peach, delicate floral notes and the botanical character of gin. Served in distinctive glassware and finished with details that complement each drink, the menu brings a fresh interpretation of the classic aperitivo ritual.
