Chef Rogelio Garcia's menu, inspired by the richness of Napa Valley, boasts dishes such as the Cape Cod Scallops with a hint of Golden Osetra Beurre Blanc and the exquisite Australian Wagyu enhanced with Sauce Bordelaise. From the delicate Brown Butter Gateau accenting the Butternut Squash Soup to the luscious Caramel-Pear Creameux for dessert, each selection is crafted to amplify the distinguished notes of Opus One wines.
