Guests can indulge in the Vine & Dine package, applying their food and beverage credit to comfortably watch the big game in style while indulging in elevated game day bites and beverages such as Truff Hot Wings, Mad Fritz IPA Cheese Fondue with Pretzel Bites, Tavern Style Pizzas, Wagyu Beef Sliders and Truffle Parmesan Fries with Tomato Aioli, all handcrafted at TRUSS.

For those looking to treat a special someone this Valentine’s Day, a romantic evening complete with world-class wine and culinary experiences awaits. Whether a more relaxed dinner at TRUSS Restaurant + Bar is preferred or a more elevated experience at Wine Country’s newest fine dining spot Auro, Four Seasons Resort and Chef Rogelio Garcia have something for every couple. 

  • Valentine’s Weekend Dinner at Auro (February 9-11 and 14, 2023) – Enjoy a decadent, five-course meal complete with Braised Oxtail Chocolate Ravioli, pecorino romano, meyer lemon, and sorrel and Japanese Charcoal Grilled Elysian Fields Lamb Loin, wild watercress, forbidden black rice, glazed carrots, and rosemary bordelaise. The special menu is offered at USD 185 per guest, with an optional USD 125 per guest wine pairing from Sommelier Derek Stevenson. This menu will be offered Valentine’s Day Weekend as well as on Valentine’s Day from 5:30 to 9:00 pm.
  • Valentine’s Day Dinner at TRUSS Restaurant + Bar (February 14, 2023) – TRUSS will feature a special three course menu, offered for USD 95 per guest on Valentine’s Day from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. The menu begins with Blood Orange and Smoked Burrata Salad, chicory, citrus vinaigrette, and candied walnuts; followed by Roasted Scallops, with forbidden rice, cello spinach, and saffron; and ending on a sweet note with Orange Crème Brulée with butter pastry and vanilla bean.  The restaurant will also offer decadent menu supplements such as American Sturgeon Caviar, offered for USD 150, as well as a 14-Day Aged Flannery Beef Porterhouse for Two, served with duck fat potatoes, brussels sprouts, and Madeira mushroom cream sauce, offered for USD 185. An optional USD 65 per guest wine pairing will be available as well.
