Wine Dinner Series at Auro

The 2024 monthly Wine Dinner Series continues with two distinguished wineries, each offering a unique glimpse into Napa Valley's diverse terroir. At Auro, Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia has crafted an autumn-inspired menu to complement wines from The Donum Estate on September 25, 2024 and Hundred Acre Winery on October 30, 2024.

• September 25, 2024 - Blending art with viticulture at their regenerative organically farmed estate, Donum produces world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from some of the most celebrated regions in Northern California. • October 30, 2024 – Hundred Acre Wine - Hundred Acre is a renowned Napa Valley winery, founded by visionary winemaker Jayson Woodbridge, known for producing highly sought-after, limited-production Cabernet Sauvignons that consistently receive perfect 100-point scores from critics and command some of the highest prices in the region. Relaxing Harvest Rituals with Spa Talisa

Spa Talisa presents special treatments that pay tribute to the surrounding vineyards and the fall wine season in Napa Valley. This harvest, Stewart Cellars (October 3), Stark Advantage (November 7) and Realm Cellars (December 5) join the Resort. Come for the wine, stay for the conversation and leave with a richer appreciation for the local winemaking community.

Elevation of Elusa

Embark on a progressive culinary and wine tasting journey that begins in the scenic vineyards of Elusa Winery; moves through its state-of-the-art production facility; and concludes in the exclusive Wine Library overlooking Elusa’s barrel cellar. In collaboration with the Four Seasons culinary team, an immersive menu has been meticulously crafted to complement the winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon vertical from the 2017, 2018, and 2019 vintages.
