Mimo Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville Unveils Easter Brunch Menu

Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the flagship restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville led by Italian natives Executive Chef Francesco Greco and Chef Nicky Miscia, celebrates the Easter holiday with a special brunch experience on Sunday, March 31, 2024.

"Easter is a time to gather with family and spend quality time together with good food,” says Chef Francesco. “We created this year’s brunch experience to allow people to come together and do just that with a great range of options available to order from a special menu, some outstanding live stations, and entertainment for all the family to enjoy.”

Mimo Restaurant and Bar will serve Easter brunch from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 31, 2024. For USD 95 per person, guests can order one entrée from the Brunch Classics or Chef’s Specials options presented, in addition to helping themselves from the live stations on offer, themed as follows:

  • The Patisserie - homemade viennoiserie, pastries, cannoli, and gelatos
  • The Italian Market - selection of Italian cheeses, cured meats and fresh salads
  • The Fish Market - choice of oysters, prawns, tuna tartare and other selected fresh seafood
  • The Bambini Corner – for younger guests, with a “make your own” pancakes station, and other sweet treats

Also included in the Easter brunch package price of USD 95 per person are tea, filter coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.  Alcoholic beverages are offered at an additional cost.

Mimo’s Easter Brunch Classics menu offers a range of options - including popular dishes such as avocado toast, the Mimo Benedict, Brioche French Toast and a traditional favourite Southern Fried Chicken Waffle. For guests looking towards a Chef’s Special option, authentic Lemon Ricotta Ravioli is offered, along with Lamb Chop served with Pomme Puree, Asparagus, and a Plum Demi-Glaze.  Prime Rib with Garlic Potatoes and finally Scallops presented with a pea puree rounds out the specials on show for Easter brunch.

Easter brunch at Mimo presents children with plenty of entertainment and activities this year, including face painting, egg decorating and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny during service.  Children’s pricing, for ages 5-12 years, is USD 49 inclusive of live station access and fresh squeezed fruit juices.

Live music will add to the atmosphere at Mimo from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Easter Sunday, courtesy of local favourite Mark McCarthy, the lead guitarist with his instrumental jazz quartet, playing a wide variety of old jazz standards and more contemporary covers.

The Bar at Mimo, a lively destination to enjoy a pre- or post-meal cocktail, provides an excellent choice of Easter Brunch libations, in addition to its regular menu of stellar beverages.  The Mimo-sa with fresh squeezed orange juice and prosecco is available by the glass and bottle, with fun additions such as The Dolly Sangria and The SoBro Spritz ensuring that Easter brunch at Mimo is guaranteed to be fun, convivial, and memorable.
