Mimo Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville Announces Easter Brunch Menu

Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the flagship restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville led by Italian Chef Nicky Miscia, celebrates the Easter holiday with a special brunch experience on Sunday, April 20, 2025.

"Our indulgent Easter brunch creates a perfect, hassle-free opportunity for families to come together and celebrate the holiday,” says Chef Miscia. “Our team has created a menu that is sure to satisfy any craving, full of interactive live stations featuring beloved brunch classics, fresh seafood, and gourmet Italian options. We’re also excited to welcome back the Easter Bunny to make the holiday extra special for families.”

Mimo Restaurant and Bar will serve Easter brunch from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 20, 2025. For USD 115 per person, guests can enjoy unlimited delicacies from the live stations on offer, themed as follows:

• Shellfish Station – a fresh selection of snow crab, oysters, clams, Hamachi crudo and jumbo prawns
• Chef Station – hearty entrees including 12-hour roasted prime rib, eggs benedict, and roasted lamb leg
• Mimo Italian Station – classic Italian pizzas and pastas, including lobster mac & cheese, wild mushroom risotto, and classic margherita pizza
• Brunch Station – scrambled eggs, fingerling potatoes, Nova Scotia smoked salmon mini bagels, and other brunch classics
• Artisan Grazing – gourmet Italian cheeses and cured meats
• Farmer’s Market – fresh salads, vegetables, and seasonal fruit
• Dessert Table - homemade pastries and Easter treats

Also included in the Easter brunch package price of USD 115 per person are tea, filter coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.  Alcoholic beverages are offered at an additional cost.

The family-friendly Easter brunch at Mimo offers plenty of entertainment and activities for little ones, including face painting and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny during service.  Children’s pricing, for ages 12 years and under, is USD 55 inclusive of live station access and fresh squeezed fruit juices.

The celebratory atmosphere at Mimo will be complemented with live music from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, while the Bar at Mimo, a lively destination to enjoy a pre- or post-meal cocktail, provides an excellent choice of brunch libations for a guaranteed fun, convivial, and memorable Easter Sunday.
