Growing up in Serbia, Dejan Todorovic spent his summers working along the coast of Montenegro. It was there that he got his start in the hospitality industry at the age of 18 and fell in love with the work. He soon joined the food and beverage team of Celebrity Cruises, where he spent 12 years in a variety of roles, including sommelier, assistant maître d’, and general manager.

He joined the Four Seasons brand in 2014 at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Hawaii’s Big Island. After three years, he moved to Las Vegas and spent five years at Four Seasons Las Vegas, most recently serving as Assistant Food and Beverage Director. In the fall of 2023, he moved to Nashville with his wife and three children to serve as Director of Food and Beverage for Four Seasons Hotel Nashville.

“I loved my time in Hawaii and Las Vegas, but I see my future in Nashville,” says Dejan. “The city reminds me so much of Belgrade, Serbia, with its landscape, river views, the warm people, and the hospitality, and I am eager to put down roots here and connect in a meaningful way to this community.”
