Chemin à la Mer, 12 – 8 pm: The traditional Southern menu at Chemin à la Mer highlights partner Chef Donald Link’s favorite Thanksgiving dishes he serves at his own family table.  The three-course tasting menu begins with a savory turkey and andouille sausage gumbo and is followed by a Boudin-Stuffed Turkey Roulade served alongside mashed potatoes with gravy, greens beans, cornbread dressing, and cranberry sauce. To end the meal on a sweet note, Chef Link shares his family’s beloved satsuma buttermilk pie, a dessert that infuses local citrus into a classic Southern treat. The Thanksgiving Menu is available for $92 per person. Reservation available through OpenTable or by calling 504-434-5898.

Miss River, 11 am – 3 pm and 5 – 10 pm: Chef Alon Shaya brings a playful twist to the traditional Thanksgiving spread at Miss River with a whole buttermilk-fried chicken that is brined for 16 hours before being battered, breaded, and deep-fried to golden perfection.
