Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans Debuts Elevated Décor and Festive Dining Experiences as Part of Its Holiday Lineup

December 8, 2025,
New Orleans, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans invites guests to celebrate the magic of the holidays with a collection of festive dining experiences, live music, and seasonal indulgences that capture the spirit of the Crescent City. From a lavish new Christmas Day Brunch in River Ballroom to classic Réveillon dinners and spirited cocktail experiences, each celebration embodies the warmth, flavour, and charm of New Orleans during the most wonderful time of the year.

This year also marks the introduction of an elevated design vision for the 2025 holiday season featuring sculptural arches composed of mirrored and matte red and gold ornaments of varying scale; lush, oversized floral arrangements in vivid reds and deep greens; metallic gold installations; and warm, atmospheric lighting. Together, these elements create a contemporary, festive welcome throughout the hotel.

The hotel debuts its new Christmas Day Brunch Buffet in River Ballroom, an effortlessly festive celebration featuring live music by the Joe Gelini Jazz Band, a visit from Santa, and an abundant spread of holiday favourites. Guests will enjoy an indulgent seafood display, carving stations, made-to-order pasta, a “little breakfast” setup for children, decadent desserts, and seasonal drinks. Pricing includes brunch buffet, beverages and specialty cocktails for adults. Reservations for the Christmas Brunch are priced at USD 195 per adult and USD 65 per child (12 and under) and can be made online or by calling 504 434 5100.

At the hotel’s signature restaurant, Chemin à la Mer, Partner Chef Donald Link presents a series of refined holiday dining experiences overlooking the Mississippi River. On Christmas Day, guests can look forward to a festive meal featuring Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, carved tableside and served with house Bordelaise and Yorkshire pudding, in addition to the restaurant’s regular offerings.

Festivities continue at Miss River, where Chef Alon Shaya and his team capture the joyful energy of the season with Réveillon dinners from December 1 to 25, 2025. Réveillon is a Creole tradition historically celebrated as a family feast following Christmas Eve mass and has been reinvented in restaurants throughout New Orleans as lavish holiday menus. Chef Alon Shaya’s four-course Réveillon menu features Gulf seafood, stuffed quail, beef filet, baked flounder, and indulgent desserts such as Bananas Foster Rum Cake.

Families will delight in the return of Beignets with Santa in Miss River on Saturday, December 20 and Sunday, December 21, 2025. This special brunch service features live music, a Beignet Bar, Hot Chocolate station, children’s buffet and two course lunch for adults. Children will enjoy decorating ornaments in Santa’s Workshops and writing letters to deliver during a tableside visit from Santa himself. The Beignets with Santa brunch is USD 105 per adult and USD 65 per child 12 and under. Reservations are available online or by calling 504 434 5100.

From December 1 to 31, 2025, guests can embark on a festive cocktail adventure through the hotel’s dining outlets with Holidays on Ice. Holiday specials include the Sweater Weather in Chandelier Bar, a cozy, seasonal riff on the classic Cosmopolitan; and the Papa Noël in Miss River, a festive Caribbean remix of crème brûlée, infused with warm island cheer, served up as a silky martini. Throughout the season, Chandelier Bar welcomes guests for live performances beneath its dazzling centrepiece. Pianist David Torkanowsky performs each Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, creating the perfect soundtrack for festive cocktails and holiday gatherings.

Guests looking to stay for the holidays can earn up to USD 250 in dining credit with the hotel’s Experience More offer. Reservations and more information are available here.
