Four Seasons and Wuhan City Construction Group Announce Plans for Luxury Hotel in Wuhan, China

Set to open in 2029, the 220-room Hotel will introduce a new luxury hospitality experience to the city centre as part of a new-build mixed-use development

Four Seasons, the world’s renowned luxury hospitality company, and Wuhan Jianzhuo Real Estate Company Limited, a subsidiary of Wuhan City Construction Group Co., Ltd. (WCCG), jointly announce their collaboration to create a landmark luxury hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Wuhan, in the international metropolis of Wuhan, a major transportation hub connecting nine provinces in China.

Four Seasons Hotel Wuhan will open its doors in 2029, occupying the highest area of ​​the 53-storey high-rise known as Sky Center, WCCG. Located within the primary business and financial district in Hankou on Qingnian Road, the new-build Hotel will offer 220 rooms and suites overlooking the nearby Zhongshan Park. This development was meticulously constructed by Wuhan City Construction Group, a recipient of the Wuhan Mayor Quality Award and winner of the Luban Prize for Construction Project – China's highest honour for engineering quality. Part of the large mixed-use development, Sky Centre Tower is surrounded by a vibrant complex featuring commercial, residential, retail, and lifestyle offerings, establishing it as a premier destination in Wuhan.

Guests will experience four indoor and outdoor dining options, including a rooftop restaurant overlooking the city, a café-style lobby lounge, specialty dining serving local cuisine, and more.
