Raise a Toast to Negroni Week at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

Proceeds to Benefit Slow Food
September 23, 2025,
Hawaii, Oahu, U.S.A.

In honour of Negroni Week, Noe, the signature Southern Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina invites guests to toast to a timeless classic with a special island-inspired creation. From September 22 to September 28, 2025, guests can savour the Noe Special Negroni, a cocktail designed exclusively for the occasion by Noe’s award-winning bartender, Michael Milligan.

The featured cocktail, the Testarossa, brings a bold, yet refined twist to the iconic Negroni. Crafted with 1 oz. roasted kiawe infused gin, 1 oz. Carpano Montenegro Formula, and 1.5 oz. Super Tuscan red wine Campari, the drink is served over ice, balancing rich Italian flavours with the smoky essence of Hawaii.

Now in its 13th year, Negroni Week is a global initiative uniting bars and restaurants around the world to raise funds for charitable organizations through the craft of cocktails. Proceeds from Noe’s Negroni Week participation will benefit Slow Food, a global nonprofit movement that strives to ensure that everyone has access to good, clean, and fair food.

Guests are invited to join in the celebration, enjoy the artistry of a finely made Negroni, and support a meaningful cause.
