Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina Announces 2025 Summer Wellness Series
A curated journey of rejuvenation, mindfulness, movement and culinary wellbeing
Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, an award-winning sanctuary on Oahu’s idyllic western coastline, unveils the return of its Summer Wellness Series at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre. From June through August 2025, the eight-week series offers guests an immersive calendar of transformative experiences designed to inspire balance, vitality, and connection through fitness, mindfulness, ancestral healing, and culinary wellness.
Curated in collaboration with world-class wellness experts, cultural practitioners, and the Resort’s own talented team, the Summer Wellness Series embodies the Resort’s commitment to creating mindful, meaningful moments of restoration and discovery.

June 23-28, 2025 – The Way of Wellness with Adam Brewer
With more than 30 years as a fitness and wellness expert, guests are invited to join Adam Brewer, Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre’s Fitness Specialist, for a well-rounded curriculum to achieve mind, body, and spirit wellness.
- Breath Work - Monday, June 30, Wednesday, July 2, and Friday, July 4; 6:30-7:15 am. Experience the power of one’s breath through energetic and emotional “feels”. The class explores energy, balance and relaxation. USD 20
- Yoga Soul - Monday, June 30, Wednesday, July 2, and Friday, July 4; 7:30-8:15 am. The signature yoga class combines traditional Hatha Yoga combined with “soul food” (life wisdom). Complimentary
- Aqua Zen - Monday, June 30, Wednesday, July 2, and Friday, July 4; 9:00-10:00 am. This guided meditation is a sound vibration journey, allowing guests to relax and float weightlessly in the water using a pool hammock. USD 30
- Sunrise Sweat – Tuesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 31; 6:30-7:15 am. This full-body exercise class combines dynamic warm-up, bodyweight strength, cardio, core and stretching into a dynamic workout that fuses movement and mindfulness. USD 20
July 7-11, 2025 – Mindfulness with Dana Childs
Experience mindfulness healing with Dana Childs, a globally recognized multi-talented intuitive energy healer, author, educator, and the Resort’s visiting Healer-in-Residence. Childs will offer a curated collection of mindfulness experiences to inspire, release and offer renewal for Resort guests. The mindfulness week will feature a combination of complimentary and private sessions that cover a variety of curated topics to aid in one’s overall health and wellbeing.
- Guided Group Meditation – Daily; 8:30-8:55 am. Enjoy a 25-minute guided meditation with Dana to bring mindfulness and focus to one’s calm state. Complimentary
- Individual or Couples Session – Daily; 11:00 am, 12:00 noon and 2:30 pm. An individual or couples healing session aims to achieve a more loving, harmonious connection between an individual or a couple. Dana addresses the greatest concerns (emotional, mental, physical, and/or spiritual) of the individual or couple. Using her intuitive gifts, she helps identify stagnation, misunderstandings, and misalignment while fostering a safe emotional connection and guiding both individuals towards deeper self-awareness. 25-minutes at USD 400; 50-minutes at USD 750
July 28-August 1, 2025 – Tennis and Pickleball with Pro Roberta Russo
A former world ranking tennis professional tennis with years of experience on the World Tennis Association circuit, including making the cut for the French Open and Italian Open, Roberta Russo will teach skills and drills tennis and pickleball class.

July 21-24, 2025 – The Art of Eating Well with Four Seasons Culinary Team
Join the Resort’s culinary team for a refreshing week of wellness-focused classes designed to inspire healthy living through delicious, mindful eating and drinking. Each session offers hands-on demos, tastings, and take-home recipes to encourage simple and flavourful wellness practices at home.
- Juice Bar Basics – Monday, July 21; 2:00-3:00 pm. The class explores how to create balanced and delicious juices using fruits and vegetables. Guests can enjoy tastings of freshly made blends and take-out recipe cards to recreate at home. Complimentary

August 5-7, 2025 – Mu Hala Sound Healing and Energetic Weaving with Pi’iali’i Lawson
Pi'iali'i Lawson, an ancestral and intuitive energy re-alignment healing practitioner, invites guests to join in a series of sound and energetic healing sessions. Pi’iali’i incorporates his extensive lineage of Native Hawaiian healers and lauhala weaving practitioners to his workshops.

Join Karena Dawn, co-founder of the trailblazing fitness and wellness community Tone It Up, for a week of self-connection, intention setting, and mindful movement. A wellness entrepreneur, best-selling author, and mental health advocate, Karena brings her authentic, uplifting energy to guide guests in turning inward and embracing mindful practices to restore balance and clarity.
Guests will experience offerings that support mental and emotional well-being through a holistic approach to mindfulness and self-love.
- Morning Mindful Meditation – Wednesday, August 20; 9:00–9:30 am. Start the day centred with this 20-minute guided meditation designed to energize and ground one’s mind. The morning meditation integrates mindful breathwork and visualization to promote focus, clarity, and a sense of presence.
- Empower Hour – Thursday, August 21; 9:00-9:30 am. Tap into one’s inner power through intention setting and visualization meditation. Guests will be guided through creating intentional goals followed by a deep meditation practice designed to foster mental clarity and manifest personal breakthroughs.
- Flow Into Your Day – Friday, August 22; 9:00-9:30 am. Connect to the heart and body through a nurturing session focused on self-love and inner peace. This mindful flow incorporates gentle movement, journaling prompts, breathwork, and a meditation practice to cultivate gratitude, self-compassion, and emotional balance.
