Love Is in the Stars: A Stargazing Experience

Under the starry-night sky, guests are invited to Love in the Stars, a one-of-a-kind stargazing event with Stars Above Hawaii. Set on the resort’s ocean lawn, this enchanting experience combines the magic of astronomy with romance. Led by expert guides, couples can explore the constellations, Hawaiian star lines and ancient Polynesian voyaging while taking in magnificent views of the moon, the planets, the stars, galaxies and more.  The experience is USD 240 per couple and includes two glasses of prosecco and a chocolate strawberry amenity.

Lessons in Chemistry - A Lover's Mixology Class

Enjoy an evening of chemistry with a loved one. Taste unique, bright house infusions prepared by Four Seasons mixologists, then follow along in making a stunning and delicious cocktail. Finish the night with a chocolate and beverage pairing. In collaboration with Lonohana Estates, a seed-to-bar local chocolatier, the experience will feature meticulously-crafted farm-to-bottle rum from Kō Hana Distillers. Further specially-curated, premium rums will also be available for tasting. The experience is USD 85 per person.

That’s Amore at Noe

Executive Chef Ryo Takatsuka has crafted an exquisite five-course Valentine’s Day tasting menu at the resort’s acclaimed southern Italian restaurant, Noe. Nestled in a garden setting with serene views of the ocean, Noe offers the perfect ambiance for an intimate evening. Chef Ryo’s multi-course menu celebrates love through artfully presented dishes that showcase the finest local and Italian ingredients. Each course is paired with carefully selected wines to elevate the experience, culminating in a decadent dessert that is almost too beautiful to eat. Menu highlights include Whipped Ricotta Tart with truffle honey and marcona almond; Ahi Tataki with arugula pesto, cherry tomato, kalamata olive, ricotta salata, and yuzu oil; Gnocchi with parmesan cream, wild mushroom and black truffle; and Surf & Turf with beef fillet and lobster tail, asparagus, mini zucchini, frisee, dried tomato dressing, and red wine demi-glace.  The menu is USD 175 per person.

Oceanside Romance at Mina’s Fish House

Couples can also indulge in a Valentine’s Day dining experience at Mina’s Fish House, where the flavours of Hawaii meet the artistry of James Beard award-winning chef Michael Mina. Located along the water’s edge, Mina’s Fish House showcases a three-course Valentine’s Day menu featuring locally sourced seafood, prepared with creative flair. Menu highlights include Broiled Spanish Octopus with tomato chutney, cilantro chermoula, and toasted pine nuts; Chili-Miso Glazed Black Cod with ohitashi salad, pickled ginger puree, and garlic wasabi cream; and Buttermilk Strawberry Panna Cotta with strawberry mint salsa, strawberry gel, and streusel.
