Fifty Mils Pop-Up Returns to Trifecta at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston This Summer

This June and July, award-winning Fifty Mils returns to Trifecta at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston for its second consecutive summer pop-up, bringing the vibrant spirit of Mexico City and a celebration of the very best of Mexico’s cocktail culture to Back Bay. Set within One Dalton’s elevated lobby lounge and bar, the experience spotlights award-winning mixology through a limited-time menu of inventive, handcrafted cocktails and a transformed space. Running from June 1 to July 31, 2026, the experience brings a festive, transportive atmosphere inspired by the iconic design and lively energy of the Fifty Mils bar to one of Boston’s most exciting culinary destinations.

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, Fifty Mils stands out as one of Latin America's most acclaimed and forward-thinking bars. Known for its unique approach to mixology, exceptional service, and a chic yet laid-back vibe, Fifty Mils is globally recognized for its influential role in shaping Mexico City’s modern bar scene, and now returns to Trifecta following its first-ever Boston pop-up in 2025, creating a one-of-a-kind bar environment in the heart of Back Bay.

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston and Fifty Mils come together this year at Trifecta to create another show-stopping menu. The menu features greatest hits from Fifty Mils cocktail menu, and brings performance to the cocktail table with interactive service, live preparation, and unique beverage vessels. Signature cocktail highlights will include the Paloma Querida, featuring blanco and reposado tequila, achiote liqueur, dried chili syrup, citrus mix, sparkling water, and chocolate salt. Each beverage is paired with bites from the Fifty Mils menu of Mexico City favourites.

With the world’s most anticipated soccer matches bringing a global energy to Boston this summer, the menu will also spotlight a signature football-inspired cocktail, The Hat Trick, featuring tequila blanco, turmeric, ginger, fresno, and citrus. On opening match day between Mexico and South Africa, taking place on June 11, the Fifty Mils pop-up at Trifecta will offer an immersive watch-party destination with a viewing party that delivers an electric atmosphere designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action.

Trifecta hours are Monday-Friday 3:00-11:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 4:00-11:00 pm.
