Four Seasons Resort Orlando Announces Magical Dining Menu at Ravello

Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is participating in VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining program, offered August 16 through September 30, 2024.  Ravello, the Resort’s signature Italian restaurant, will offer a prix-fixe three-course menu for USD 60 per person. Ravello is a Michelin-recommended restaurant, renowned for its authentic cuisine and stellar guest service, located in a beautiful setting with large windows and modern decor.

Italian-native Fabrizio Schenardi is the Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Orlando, overseeing the Resort’s six restaurants and all food and beverage operations. Raised in Torino, Italy, Schenardi embraces Ravello as his signature restaurant. In 2023, Ravello was recognized with “100 Percent Italian Taste Certification” at the Platinum Level, the highest rank. Ravello is the first restaurant in the United States to receive this designation, bestowed upon by the Milan, Italy based ITA0039 100% Italian Taste Certification organization, which uses ASACERT assessment and accreditation to inspect, evaluate, and determine the rating.

The Ravello Magical Dining menu includes:

Choice of appetizer:

• Carpaccio Di Manzo - beef tenderloin, grilled artichokes, pecorino sardo, agrumato
• Burrata, Pomodori E Zucchine - burrata, heirloom tomato, grilled zucchini, pesto powder
• Cozze in Brodetto - mussels, garlic, tomato

Choice of entree:

• Vitello E Parmigiano Reggiano - veal, parmigiano reggiano crust, asparagus-potato salad, basil dressing
• Pesce Spada Alla Siciliana - swordfish, tomatoes, olives, pine-nuts, roasted potatoes, chianti sauce
• Branzino e Salsa Verde - whole pan seared branzino, piedmonte salsa verde, sautéed haricot verts, cipollini onions, arugula

Choice of dessert:

• Tiramisu Classico - marsala espresso syrup, mascarpone cream
• Vanigila Panna Cotta Con Mirtilli - vanilla panna cotta, blueberry compote, lemon, mixed berry sorbet
• Affogato - vanilla gelato, espresso

Additionally, a red wine pairing and a white wine pairing with three two-ounce pours is available, for USD 25 per pairing.

For each USD 60 Magical Dining meal, USD 2 will be donated to VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining fund. The donated funds will support The Mustard Seed of Central Florida, an organization helping rebuild the lives of families and individuals who have suffered disaster or personal tragedy, by providing household furnishings and clothing. As the only furniture and clothing bank in the region, The Mustard Seed serves over 3,000 individuals annually, transforming houses into homes and giving those in need a fresh start. Additionally, VISIT ORLANDO will also use Magical Dining funds to award a USD 3,000 donation to one local nonprofit in each of Orange County’s six commission districts.
