Four Seasons Resort Orlando Announces Special Three-Course “Magical Dining” Menu at Ravello

This summer, savour authentic Italian cuisine at Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort while supporting local nonprofit organizations, as the restaurant takes part in the 21st year of VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining program, August 14 through September 30, 2026. The Michelin-recommended Ravello Restaurant is nestled within a beautiful resort setting, featuring a vibrant open kitchen in the main dining room, and an al fresco terrace overlooking the resort’s lakeside scenery. A curated prix-fixe three-course menu will be offered for USD 60 per person, crafted by Italian-native Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi and his acclaimed culinary team.

Hailing from Torino, Italy, Chef Schenardi delights in helming the esteemed Ravello restaurant, with many recipes originating straight from his nonna’s kitchen. Utilizing ingredients such as olive oil and flour imported from Italy, as well as fresh herbs from his garden at the resort, the restaurant’s authenticity has earned it a “100 Percent Italian Taste Certification” at the Platinum Level, the highest rank. Ravello is the first restaurant in the United States to receive this designation, bestowed upon by the Milan, Italy based ITA0039 100% Italian Taste Certification organization, which uses ASACERT assessment and accreditation to inspect, evaluate, and determine the rating.

Choice of appetizer:

• Carpaccio di Manzo – Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Artichokes, Pecorino Sardo, Agrumato
• Tonno e Salmone Crudo – Tuna, Salmon, Taggiasca Olives, Roasted Bell Pepper, Citrus Emulsion, Celery-Mint Salad
• Frico, Rucola e Funghi– Montasio Cheese, Potato Cake from Friuli, Wild Mushrooms, Rucola

Choice of entree:

• Polletto alla Griglia – Grilled Chicken, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Charred Broccolini,  Chicken Jus
• Tonno, Bagnet Ross, Panzanella – Pan-Seared Tuna, Bagnet Ross, Focaccia Panzanella
• Branzino e Salsa Verde – Whole Pan Seared Branzino, Piedmonte Salsa Verde, 
• Sautéed Haricot Verts, Cipollini Onions, Swiss Chard

Choice of dessert:

• Vaniglia Panna Cotta – Local Orange Blossom Honey, Preserved Blueberries, Angel Food Cake, Charcoal Sponge
• Torta al Cioccolato con Lampone – Jivara 40% Cremeux, Raspberry Gelee, Mascarpone Whipped Cream
• Stracciatella Torta – Toasted Almond Air Cake, Graham Almond Crust, Espresso Fudge Sauce

Additionally, a red wine flight, USD 30, and a white wine flight, USD 25, each with three two-ounce pours is available.

For each USD 60 Magical Dining meal, USD 2 will be donated to VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining fund. The donated funds will support OCA (Opportunity, Community, Ability), empowering individuals with autism and other developmental differences while also supporting their families, many of whom face financial barriers to care and long-term services. OCA partners with organizations like Special Olympics, United States Tennis Association, A Gift for Teaching, Orlando Family Stage and Central Florida Vocal Arts. Proceeds from Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining will go toward therapy scholarships, helping increase access to critical services and support, as well as programs that guide adults with special needs in defining life after high school with purpose, independence, and meaningful connection. Additionally, VISIT ORLANDO will also use Magical Dining funds to award a USD 3,000 donation to one local nonprofit in each of Orange County’s six commission districts that also support this cause.
