A snowscape of delectable treats unfolds across the table, accented with classic Christmas touches of red, white and gold. Bathed in the soft winter sunshine streaming in through the expansive windows of THE LOUNGE, the visually stunning spread sets an enchanting tone for year-end festivities.
Drawing on iconic holiday sweets found in French patisseries, the Four Seasons team unveils elegant pastries in Yuletide-inspired colours and silhouettes, reimagining the contours of a traditional afternoon tea. On the savoury side, guests will find a selection of refined bites composed with ingredients synonymous with celebration, such as caviar and beef pie, delivering a sumptuous taste experience.
The exemplary menu brings together the talents of Pastry Chef Michele Abbatemarco of French restaurant est, awarded a Michelin star for three consecutive years, and Banquet Chef Kensuke Kuze, who honed his skills under the acclaimed chefs of Michelin-starred Le Jules Verne, located inside the Eiffel Tower.

During this year’s Festive Afternoon Tea, guests can look forward to highlights such as:
- Vanilla Mousse, Almond Cream, Almond Dacquoise - Intricately balanced flavours with a restrained sweetness, clad in pristine winter white. The rich and elegant aroma of Armagnac, aged in oak barrels, gently envelops the vanilla and almond, resulting in a beautifully rounded flavour profile.
- Apple Tatin, Green Apple Mousse, Cinnamon Cream - A winter bloom with multi-layered flavours in every bite. The ‘flower bud’ features a tatin crafted with Kogyoku apples, while the lower portion merges a decadent cinnamon cream with the refreshing tartness of green apple mousse—all encased in smooth white chocolate. Notes of star anise add an earthy sweetness to this dessert, rooted in French pastry traditions.
- Braised Beef Cheek in Red Wine Wrapped in Puff Pastry with Carrot Purée - A classic pie enjoyed during the festive season in France.
