New Yorks Iconic Speakeasy, Angel’s Share, Takes Over Florie’s Bar at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

Florie’s Bar at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach will welcome the iconic Angel’s Share, the Manhattan speakeasy renowned for its trailblazing contributions to the craft cocktail movement, for a two-night residency on January 24 and 25, 2025. Guests will have the rare opportunity to experience the artistry and innovation that have defined Angel’s Share since its founding in 1993.

Originally hidden on the second floor of an East Village townhouse, Angel’s Share became synonymous with Japanese bartending techniques, a focus on etiquette, and a menu of inventive cocktails named after classic jazz songs. Now reimagined in a landmark West Village townhouse, the bar continues to captivate under the leadership of Erina Yoshida, Beverage Director Atsushi Nakayama, and Head Bartender Tsunetaka Imada.

For this exclusive collaboration, Florie’s Bar will feature a trio of bespoke cocktails, each hand crafted with Angel’s Share’s signature precision and creativity by Beverage Director Astushi Nakayama.

• Misty: A sparkling blend of yukari-infused gin, mastiha, lemon, and champagne, delivering a crisp, aromatic profile.
• Painted Paradise: Fig-leaf infused whiskey meets honeydew, jasmine cordial, and pandan for a tropical yet elegant escape.
• Papaya and Friends: A bold combination of makrut lime leaf and lemongrass-infused mezcal, fresh pineapple and papaya juices, lime cordial, and jalapeño tincture, offering layers of complexity and spice.

Enhancing the overall experience, Florie’s Bar will offer a curated selection of small plates, each crafted to harmonize with the cocktails and elevate the tasting journey. Guests will also be delighted with live music, perfectly set against the backdrop of the ocean.
