Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach Presents Mitron Bakery Pop-Up by Three Michelin-Starred Chef Mauro Colagreco

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach presents a pop-up Mitron Bakery, the acclaimed South of France bakery from Florie’s three Michelin-starred Chef and Partner Mauro Colagreco, arriving in Palm Beach for a limited time at Cocoanut Café from May 22 to 30, 2026. The experience will bring Mitron’s signature approach to French artisanal baking to the Resort, with a curated selection of pastries and baked goods rooted in craftsmanship, natural ingredients and sustainable agriculture.

Rooted in Chef Colagreco’s dedication to sustainable, certified-organic and 100% natural agriculture, Mitron reflects the same thoughtful culinary philosophy that guides Florie’s, his only restaurant in the United States, also located at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.

With locations in Menton, Monaco and Nice, Mitron Bakery is known for pastries and breads made with carefully sourced ingredients and ancient wheats cultivated in France, honouring both tradition and intention. For this exclusive Palm Beach pop-up, guests of Cocoanut Café will experience signature creations such as the tarte au citron, made with Menton lemon, alongside favourites including the cinnamon roll, cruffin, brownie and medialuna, an Argentine pastry in the style of a croissant.
