Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Awards 2025 Recognise Concierge Julie Benhaïm of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris as “Young Concierge of the Year”

Four Seasons has once again earned a leading recognition by Forbes Travel Guide, winning the most rankings of any company for the tenth consecutive year at this year’s Five-Star Awards. Among a total of 65 Five-Star rankings across 44 hotels and resorts, 17 spas, and 4 restaurants, Forbes Travel Guide recognised Concierge Julie Benhaïm of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris as “Young Concierge of the Year.”

In 2024, Concierge Julie Benhaïm competed alongside twenty other candidates from around the world to win Les Clefs d’Or Young Concierge of the Year, a coveted distinction that honours an early-career Clefs d'Or Concierge under the age of 36 for exceptional service and dedication. Julie underwent several in-depth tests including general knowledge questions, written and oral assessments, and role-playing exercises, consistently standing out with her poise, quick thinking and deep understanding of luxury hospitality. Her ability to handle complex requests with grace and efficiency sets her apart, ultimately earning her the Clefs d’Or recognition. Julie is the youngest Frenchwoman to win this highly prestigious award.

While studying at the FPE Concierge d'Hôtel in Toulouse, Julie Benhaïm gained work experience as an intern at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. She spent a few months at the property in 2017, developing a deep appreciation for the concierge team and their dedication to exceptional service. After graduating top of the class, she joined the George V as Assistant Concierge, becoming part of a dynamic team led by Philippe Verdumo. Julie immediately stood out, thanks to her innate curiosity, passion and enthusiasm. Always eager to help and provide advice, Julie was promoted to Concierge on January 1, 2023, becoming a Clefs d'Or in April that year.
