With Six Michelin Stars Across Three Restaurants in the Michelin Guide France 2026, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris Reconfirms Position as One of the World’s Leading Destinations for Culinary Excellence
Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris celebrates the renewal of its six Michelin stars in the 2026 edition of the Michelin Guide France. Le Cinq, L'Orangerie, and Le George have each retained their distinctions, further reinforcing the George V’s singular position as a world-class gastronomic destination.
Thibaut Drege, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, comments: “We are deeply honoured that the Michelin Guide once again recognizes the excellence of our gastronomy. This distinction reflects the extraordinary work of our multi-starred chefs and the passion of the teams who, every day, from the kitchen to the dining room and the wine cellar, transform each visit into a memorable experience. 2026 also marks the arrival of a new generation of remarkable talents, with further exceptional professionals joining in the months ahead. Together with our chefs, these young talents, whose energy, creativity and commitment embody the future of the George V, are already shaping the next chapter of our gastronomic story, elevating the guest experience to ever greater heights.”
Among the distinctions highlighted in this year’s Michelin guide edition, Le Cinq distinguishes itself through its extraordinary consistency, celebrating ten consecutive years of three Michelin stars under the direction of Chef Christian Le Squer. This achievement places Le Cinq among the very select group of restaurants that have upheld, year after year, the uncompromising standards required for the Michelin Guide’s highest distinction. While honouring this exceptional legacy, Le Cinq also looks to the future with the recent arrival of new talents, including David Piquet as Director of Sommellerie. Through his thoughtful wine selections, he brings a fresh perspective to the gastronomic experience, further enriching the dialogue between the cuisine and the cellar.
Christian Le Squer, Executive Chef of Le Cinq, comments: “Ten years of three Michelin stars means ten years of constant dedication, discipline, and reinvention. Such longevity is first and foremost the achievement of a team united by a shared belief: that French cuisine is never static but continually evolves and renews itself. I am profoundly grateful to every member of our team, in the kitchen as well as in the dining room, whose talent and commitment shape the identity of Le Cinq each day.”
L'Orangerie retains its two Michelin stars in this 2026 edition, rewarding a singular cuisine whose signature rests on an art of sauces of remarkable finesse, each jus and each emulsion enhancing the dishes it accompanies.
At Le George, Chef Simone Zanoni and his teams are once again recognized with a Michelin star, highlighting convivial Mediterranean cuisine and a strong sustainable approach.
